The Independent School Association of British Columbia welcomes more than 11,000 students annually to 22 member schools. ISABC has a long-standing tradition of providing outstanding learning experiences for young people of British Columbia and beyond.

In this mutually supportive and engaging session, the group will gain insights into aspects of school culture that support student learning. We will examine the typologies of great schools and the connection of effective leadership at all levels. We will discuss and investigate how Supervision FOR Learning is a critical component of school improvement and learning. We will investigate, share and reflect on current best practice and new thinking connecting leadership, learning and student achievement.
